Don’t buy any D batteries because this torch uses 4 - AA batteries. The Woot details are wrong. I needlessly purchased D batteries thru Woot based on their error. The flashlights only need 2 not 3 - AAA batteries. Lastly the torch is great so far and lights a room nicely.
