How many dead pixels before we can return it? would woot take the return or would it have to go to BenQ?
If you receive it and immediately see dead pixels, write in with a photo and we’ll take it into consideration- though usually there will need to be several dead pixels (I don’t think we have a threshold). We’re usually only able to facilitate returns for a refund, so we will often send you to the manufacturer so you can get a replacement. I’m not as sure about BenQ’s return/exchange policies.
