Nice display. Refurb showed up loosely boxed with some air padding - I feared it would be damaged, but it was not.
It was missing the critical Mini DisplayPort cable - which is the only way to get 60Hz 3840x2160.
Also missing was the cable retainer loop.
But overall a good purchase.
