Would this knife be considered TSA compliant?

I would assume not. Times have changed since 9/11. Back in the day, the airlines themselves would hand out keychain box cutters. I still use one of those today to open my woot! boxes. But I couldn’t get on a plane today with it.

No. Tho there may be other EDC keychain knives that can (barely get by). For example, a plastic sheath with 1/8-1/4 of showing blade, with a blunt end might make it.
