If you have an Instant Pot, just follow the directions, then an ice water bath.

Cold eggs into hot water make for easier peeling. 12 minutes low boil, cold water rinse and soak. Done.
Instant Pot. The shell slides right off and it only takes 4 minutes if you want the egg yolk fully hard, less if you like it a bit yolky. I have tried every way listed and then some and randomly tried using the Instant Pot one day after I got it for Christmas. There is NO comparison. You’re welcome.

I never looked back.

Vinegar add eggs cover pot turn off heat … 10 min.
