my first cup of coffee using this: awesome. I use a French press for Civet coffee and Turkish coffee. Turkish coffee is just from Turkey, not Turks. Just to be clear. Anyway, the french press doesn’t trap the fine grain of the coffee grind. The Turkish coffee via the Bialetti comes out great. IDK how the Civet coffee will come out. no pun intended. Highly recommend.
