Thanks for the video. The French fry thing is just what I needed to talk me out of buying another huge appliance to take up space on my counter.

Ironically I just used this thing last night to make mini tater tots. That is the best use I have found for it. Making frozen french fries, pizza rolls and similar stuff is better than a conventional oven but don’t mistake this thing for a frier. It’s a fairly decent convention oven.

We have had one for years, use it quite a bit. They recommend heating it up for 5 minutes before inserting the food. I believe that’s why the fries didn’t turn out as well as expected in the video. Wonderful for chicken , fish, burgers, etc. We love ours. On our second one. I wouldn’t consider it a fryer, however, just as mentioned above, more of a convection oven.

I purchased this unit the last time it went on sale and found it taking a lot longer to get the crispy fried results and have to use the top rack option.

How many minutes on average? Ex. leg fried chicken
