Big DeVine Columbia Valley Mixed Red (4)

Under “Features” for the red blend, it says “A percentage of the Northridge vineyard Syrah was co-fermented with Viognier adding a savory component to the wine.”

But under “Specs”, it says “Blend: 69% Malbec & 31% Syrah”.

Shouldn’t there be at least a percent or two of Viognier listed? Would less than 1% Viognier be enough to add “a savory component to the wine”?

I thought Vio was co-fermented with Syrah for color stabilization and/or to add a floral element to the bouquet (but at like 5%, not 1). I don’t think I’ve ever had a “savory” Vio.
