no BOC in BOS 
so, i bought that sunscreen last wootoff. never shipped to me. runaround for a month. finally get a refund. now i see it was for sale again in this clearance sale.

Hello. Any word on the delivery of these items (Ogio Backpack and boot cube storage). I can’t seem to get a response or even confirmation e-mail from the support@woot.com e-mail address or from the support tab on the website. This has been the issue for about a month now for me. Is there a known issue with yahoo mail? Should I change the e-mail I use?
Not sure but I’ll add you to my afternoon report so CS can look into it.
