Looks like this unit has caused a worrisome number of real fires.

You can asjust the volume for the sound effects but not the heat. 1500 watts or no heat is the only choice. Why design a heating product that allows you to adjust the sound but not the heat!
Also, if you still want it it’s cheaper at Frys, but pick up only.

Why does the “2 Day” shipping option show a 6 day delivery time? Does Woot have a 4 day weekend to celebrate St Patrick’s Day?

You can adjust the heat with the thermostat. It puts out a gentle warm breeze from the bottom. Cats love laying in front of it. Does great on my 200 square foot man cave, but I’m in Houston & we don’t get too cold. It’s big & heavy but portable. It’s ok. 3 & 1/2 stars outta 5.

I think the melting, recall, bad customer service, and catching on fire is a Real Good Reason to slap somebody in WOOT, Or The Mother Ship!!! Really Guys? Your customers need to be alive to spend their money… Pull this Off! Please!
