Bissell Deep Cleaner Test

This thing is awesome. Unfortunately I paid $169.00, but I still love it. My wife bought one of those crappy little hoovers, the tank is so small you have to change every two minutes. I went over the same area with this Bissell and it picked up a lot of dirt that the hoover left behind. Maybe I paid too much, but I love it.

Does this thing only have one tank?! How do you clean the carpet with clean water if its all going back into the same tank?

Tank-in-tank water system

Heavy-duty pouch within the 1.25-gallon tank always keeps the clean water separate from the dirty water you’re removing from the carpet.

152 $ at walmart plus tax with 3 year warranty may be better optin dif model # but same machine

Other than the Woot 90-day warranty, is there an additional manufacturer warranty of some sort? I’m just worried that it might break immediately after the Woot 90-day warranty is up.

I have owned two big, reconditioned Bissell cleaners; one was this model and the other was a very similar model. They cleaned quite well but both died entirely too soon to consider them worth what I paid and the cost to repair was about equal to the cost of a replacement. I “bit the bullet” and bought a Rug Doctor from Woot! a couple of years ago and I’ll never go back. Admittedly, the Rug Doctor is a bit more cumbersome but the difference in cleaning power makes it well worth it.

Sorry, there’s no additional warranty.

It has a bladder inside the tank so the dirty water is separated from clean water.
