Save $5 and get the same thing on ebay from Bissell direct. Same price $99.99 but with free shipping. Tax was about 0.50 cheaper too. Not a huge amount but every little bit helps.

Got mine and it was filthy with dirty and stuff stuck all over the wheels. Not refurbished, just plain used. Fortunately, customer service was quick to send me a return label because this is going back!
