I’ve had three of these fail in the last two years. Bissell replaced the first two, but refused on the third one. Thankfully, I could return it to the original place of purchase. All failed in the same way – stopped dispensing steam. Will NEVER touch another one…unfortunately, this is the only model I have found to steam clean ceramic tile floors.

I love the concept. Who wouldn’t want to knock out sweeping AND mopping in one fell swoop. But my floors are sticky afterwards? I’m still having to use my swiffer to get rid of the stickiness. I haven’t given up hope yet.

Used to sell shark steam mops, …same complaints … need to use distilled water to prevent the steam nozzle from gettimg blocked. For the stickiness, I’ve used diluted vinegar in a spray bottle on the floor before steaming, but I don’t know if it would work when vacuuming at the same time …?

Used it once so far and loved it! Knocked out both my sweeping and mopping in one fell swoop! If the steaming does fail as the other reviews list…will use like the vacuum swiffer I had wherein after passing w/ vacuum I’ll spray the floor and have the mop pick up the remaining dirt. Great find on woot! oh…and I didnt experience stickiness.

Stopped dispensing steam as soon as it was out of the 3 month warranty. Not happy!!! Only used it a few times and I always used distilled water with it!

Had it for months now and love it! Purchased on Amazon some spare cloths, don’t buy knock off spare cloths, they’re too big. Buy Bissell brand. Also bought scented Bissell water, that’s not worth the $$ either. This mop/vacuum was a steal, so can’t complain.
