What they should do is just refund without having us ship back. Hardly any of them are working at all, and the ones that do charge, will just die after a few uses
anyway. The amount of returns and hassle this is going to be is enormous, such a waste for everyone including them. They should also offer additional compensation/credit to us for customer retention.

Mine just arrived tonight, assembled and on charger around 9pm EDT. Fell asleep on couch, woke up about 2am, battery still on one blue bar flashing. Manual says 3 hours to full charge. Iāll look more into it this weekend, if itās anything like the cordless drill battery trick, might just need a boost or slow trickle to wake it up. If the battery is completely toast, Woot refund it will be. My wife was overly excited for this, sheās been wanting one for the longest time and the deal made it reasonably priced. Oh well, win some, lose some ![]()
I bought two one for myself and one as a gift. Has been on the charger at least 12 hours and has not even charge past one blue bar. Iāve reached out for a refund and returned, but after reading all these comments, I wonder if itās even worth it to send it back as someone said before they should just refund the money without shipping them back very disappointed in this and very disappointed in Amazon if their partner.
I called Bissell and did all of the troubleshooting without any luck. Mine is doing the exact as everyone else described, flashing blue light, zero charge. Woot please just refund the money without the hassle of return shipping and offer a replacement product that works. Bissel referred back to Woot due to new defective purchase I guess that was purchased within 30 days. I should have known better than to throw out the box it came in the first day before I used it.
Okay Iāve hit a wall of frustration.
I ordered this and like many others it didnāt charge. Woot was quick to sent me a return label and replace it. Today its replacement showed up with the same issue. The battery indicator blinks at 1 bar but thatās it. Having to ship them back is such a hassle and if they continue to have the same issue I just donāt want to deal with it. Bissel doesnāt even stock these anymore and knowing what I know now I wouldnt have even bothered buying this junk on a stick. Do I just request a refund at this point?

Mine did not charge either after it was left plugged in for 24 hours, they sent a replacement and the same issue with that one too. Canāt believe Woot is selling these that are 4 years old. I have bought a decent amount of stuff from Woot before without issues, but this item has been a total frustration. I will ask for a refund and have to go through the hassle of shipping both machines back. SHAME ON WOOT for selling these. Get you act together, Woot! You will lose customers if this continues. And now Woot has to pay for all the return shipping labels.
Do NOT buy this item. They are DOA, the batteries are dead. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

Ordered and received in good condition. Registered for warranty with Bissell. Welcomed to Bissell family with all kind of great emails. Problemā¦it wouldnāt charge. I contacted Bissell and they requested a receipt which I sent. I had it 2 days at that point. They advised it was OUT OF WARRANTY ! Bissell has lost all credibility with me. They advised, after consulting higher authorities, that I should contact WOOT. So Bissell sells out of warranty units to Amazon that donāt work and wash their hands of it. I am not upset at Amazon/Woot but I am furious at Bissell and will be trashing them on social media every chance I get !

I just contacted Bissell corporate headquarters to advise them about this problem. I would be surprised if they would let lower level flunkies trash their name by their poor decision making on warranties. I requested they replace the old machine with the newer model but at the WOOT price. I donāt think this is a WOOT issue. They bought discontinued models and probably had no idea they wouldnāt work. How would they. I am sure some genius at Bissell figured out how they could dump these machines and get some money out of it. Bissell said the same thing to me last year when I requested warranty replacement for one of these I had bought about 11 months earlier. I put it the basement when it arrived and forgot about it. It was dead with the same problem when I finally opened it up. After insisting it was within warranty and providing proof of purchase, Bissell eventually agreed to replace it. Well over a month after I sent it to them, I received a corded version as a replacement. I was going to complain, but then decided having a cord was a better option.
Oh and the person I was communicating with stated the replacement would have no warranty because the original warranty was just about over. How an 18 months warranty ends after 12 month, I donāt know. I figured I wonāt push it unless the need arises.
Iām in the exact situation with this bissell unit not working. Iām currently waiting for my replacement after showing proof of my woot purchase. Can I ask what corded replacement model they gave you? The bissell rep I talked to said heād replace mine with a āupgraded modelā but I have little faith it will be cordless which is part of why I liked this one.
