Just want to point out. My unit was DOA. April 11thish ⦠i gave it about 48hrs to charge. Nothing. I asked to return it. They told me once they receive my package, my refund will take 5-7 days. They received it April 20th in the morning.
Iām on my 10th Business day of waiting for my refund (May 4th) beware guys. This is brutal as in. Wasnāt expecting this type of bad experience.
Itās from when they start to process the return, which isnāt necessarily the day which it is delivered.

Iām on the 11th business day now. I guess I should expect a refund by this Friday. That gives them. 7 days to get moving. Itās been delivered to theirā warehouse ā and waiting an additional 7 days. Thatās 14⦠business days

Biggest Fing waste of time. Was going to be a mothers day gift. Woot has gone down the fing tubes everything they sell is broken junk, or mislabeled items, and the new Amazon-implemented Woot Staff is just a bunch of 3rd worlders who follow a script.
Have not got a decent deal on this garbo website in over 3 years.
Making us all have to repackage and ship this 12 year old warehouse trash back to them is the biggest insult.
Sad what this company became years ago after being acquired.
However, slightly happy that I can remove Woot website from my daily checklist.
At the very least Woot staff knows there is an issue with this junk product and it is widespread. You should contact every account who purchased this garbage in the last 60 days and notify them to check the units. Some people havenāt even opened them yet and they will be poorly surprised after they do.
Woots handling of this is going to cost them a lot of customers. I know this as a fact because Iām already out the door after 15 years because of this nonsense.
More than 50% of the items Iāve bought this year had to be returned due to issues with the product or not matching the website description.
Havenāt snagged any worthwhile deal in over 2 years. Unreal waste of time checking daily and glad to be done with it.
