I bought this on the mothership a few weeks ago. I did not get the extra bulb, same with others. Still not resolved.
Buyers, be prepared for disappointment.
From the reviews i read, there is no mention of extra bulb, just that bulbs are included. I think this one is the same, but at a better price at around $25.
