I have a worse model, and paid more for it, and I’m happy with it. Been keeping an eye out for another one for a gift. Glad to have it at this price. Woohoo.

There isn’t much info there (or on the Black & Decker site), but it looks like it’s a 20V with a lithium ion battery.
I have had this for about a year. Works good and has pretty decent suction, but not as good as most corded vacs. I would say the charge does not last TOO long, but its respectable. I was able to clean my whole (I admit small) car on one charge. I use mine a lot and I think this is a pretty good price!
I purchased one of these I believe it’s the more expensive model, battery doesn’t last long,and when you turn it on it blows most of stuff I want to vacuum up so I have to Chace the thing’s that blew around I think the dust pan & brush is a heck of a lot cheaper and I don’t have to Chace the stuff I want to pick up.
