Black Mountain Resistance Band Set

I have a set of these, no complaints after 3-4 months of use. The resistance on any single band isn’t too high, but works very well for rotator cuff PT exercises. I run through 2 or 3 sets of RC exercises before any pressing lifts, which has eliminated shoulder pain after OHPs. They also get a bit of use for kneeling crunches and serratus presses.
