Received my order very quickly and the product appears to be in good condition but there is no mounting plate. I bought this as a second entrance unit and the one I bought from Amazon directly had a mounting assembly to snap the assembled unit into. I’ll figure it out but it was a surprise.
Sorry about the missing plate. Reach out to Woot! Customer Service for some options. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
