I got to the page when there was 99% and notification hadn’t come yet and i still got stuck in the VOP.
I have been trying to buy, but always get stuck in the damned vestibule. Even when it says there are 90% left. WTF! And of course even if I got through the vestibule it would make me log in… again. le sigh

Vestibule is by design to keep our servers from choking. Most of you will go to the vestibule first. A few will go straight through. Only a few.
