The wrong size was delivered (supposed to be a 8, but got a 7). Then I reached out to customer service last week and didn’t get a response until Friday. CS asked if I wanted to send back and exchange for the size 8. Responded right away and said yes on Friday. No replies or anything. Now I see these are sold out and I have a size too small that doesn’t fit and no way to send back for either a refund or exchange.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Yeah, I was afraid that was going to happen since it’s a set-up error. Do the self-return and get 'em back to us.
