This thing allegedly retails for $999 from the company that makes it, but oh no, it’s sold out there. But oh wait, you can still get it on Amazon, It’s only $1,018.61 on there but gotta buy fast there’s only 5 left in stock!
So much demand for this product with only 5 reviews on Amazon, two of which are “Vine Customer Review of Free Product”, the other three aren’t written in an organic way either. And not to mention, none of the reviews are for this specific version even.
Do a quick search for this on the internet and see if you can find anything but stock product images.
I’m willing to bet that this is just a generic drop shipped “car fridge” with a crazy marked up price to prevent any actual buyers just to justify a “Great deal” when they slash the price by 80%.
Woot & Amazon, what are you doing these days? Amazon is becoming another Aliexpress and Woot is falling for these dumb tactics allowing things like this to appear on here.
240v and displays in °C only. Ship these to EUROPE, Woot! You’re going to have a lot of angry customers who think they’ll be able to plug this in at home or at a campsite, when it will only work on DC in their vehicle.
I was looking for one of these and while I was afraid it might be “too big” I decided to give it a chance. The listing is not accurate in regards to AC wall voltage- the power brick is 110-240v with an output of 87 watts. I received it today, albeit with minor damage and I am in the process of testing it’s capability now. I have it running off my 300W 12v power bank with frozen water bottles in the larger section and cold drinks in the smaller section.
Btw this easily switches to F from C

I received mine couple of days ago, on the box it said US model, just like previous comment it does work with US 110, also can be switch between F or C, the app connectivity works very well. I tested for two days so far and it performed very well, both compartments reached -10 C without issue (I like C not F). Definitely worth the $299, I paid $280 because of 10% discount. Also just like previous comment mentioned mine had damage in the same area but much worse, however the unit worked well and woot made it all right by offering partial refund for damages (pending refund) thank you
