Has anyone received theirs yet? It shows “label created” but not received by UPS.
Hi there. The only order I see for this from you was cancelled by you about a minute after you ordered it.
Your order history should show that it’s canceled. The charges were reversed the same day.
Can you check again? I cancelled because an earlier order for the same product was successful. I can send you a screenshot of me order history if that helps.
Probably best to contact CS directly then. They can look into the shipment.
