4/13/25 - Seeds soaked last night and planted today. Thought I’d try all 4.
TIP: You may not need that 4th soil disc right away. 3 of them filled all 4 of the jute bags. They indicate to plant no more than 5 seeds per bag. You’ll have lots of extra seeds in case they don’t sow.
I’m on Step 4 - see you again in 10-90 days or when the seedlings start to show themselves.

The Family Nursery has them already done. They also have a shrub for $1200 that has been big bonsai’d into a deer! Oh how I wish I would have taken pics!

4/23/25 - Day 10 germination. Definite sproutage - 4 of them so far. 3 Locust tree and 1 Royal Poinciana with the ongoing spreading blue science experiment.

5/8/25 - Day 25 germination. The black pines started coming up about a week ago. Still nothing from the Jacaranda but they take the longest. Only 1 royal poinciana. I’m gonna have to pot her and the 3 Locust trees soon and start pruning bonsaing I guess?!
