I wonder what style = headphones only means on this item. It doesn’t state if new or refurbished…or any condition. And it doesn’t explain what headphones only means. Does it include the box and accessories like shown in one of the pictures?

Are these new? Refurbished? Says headphones only but the picture in the sale page shows all the tips and case… definitely would appreciate some clarity before I pull the trigger.
