FOR VEGGIE BURGERS
Combine 1 drained can of coarsely ground vegetarian meat, 1 egg, ½ cup bread crumbs and ¼ cup Veggie Burger Starter.
Chill 30 minutes.
Form into 4 patties and cook in lightly greased skillet 2-3 minutes per side.
*If you cannot find canned vegetarian meat you can grind up a vegetarian using a meat grinder or food processor but make sure to use the thigh/butt portion for best flavour
