I have this model. If you buy it, you need to make sure that after using and cleaning you let it completely dry off of the base. I didn’t think it would be a problem and it’s only cosmetic, but the metal on top of the base is peeling quite badly. Also I tried grading hard cheese with this once and it worked pretty well but the cheese turned a little bit off colored because the plastic from the blade housing I guess was coming off a little bit in it. I used this to make a lot of protein shakes. There’s a silicone lgasket underneath the blade housing that is pretty stinky. , Baking soda, bleach, even hydrogen peroxide and and it’s just smelly. I always cleaned my blender immediately after using it. But I guess I should have been taking it all the way apart and cleaning all those parts.
