FWIW, I bought one of these things in November last year. The unit is still going VERY strong! We do 2 lattes everyday from november and not one minor hiccup. I cleaned it 3x so far. Best woot purchase for me. This thing is a beast.
Does this come with any accessories?
Yes. Somehow they dropped off the specs. Here they are and they’ve been added to the specs.
I’ve had mine for almost two years and it has been fantastic so far. My machine gets used seven days a week and it consistently produces great quality coffee, provided I do my part. Fair warning: do NOT use Starbucks beans! I don’t know why, but all their beans have a waxy/oily finish and it WILL clog up your grinder. Another thing I didn’t care for was built-in steam wand. It’ll do the job, but it’s slow to get going and can get messy. I solved that problem by buying a dedicated milk steamer.
I buy Lavazza brand Italian beans on Amazon and they cost less then Starbucks at about $20 for a 1 KG (2.2 LBS)bag.
I bought one of these new earlier this year and have not had any issues with it. I usually make myself and my wife a latte everyday with two shots of espresso. I am still waiting for the ‘Clean Me’ light to come on which means it can go a while without needing the cleaning (other than the tray, steam wand, etc).
I also use Lavazza beans and have not had any oil issues or issues with the beans getting stuck in the grinder. They taste great on top of that!
