There are two best by/roast dates. Which is the correct one?

You will probably get one or the other, this is just to show it’s good for a year from the roast date.
Although if you receive the one roasted today you’re gonna want to let it sit for a few days for best flavor. Sometimes really fresh isn’t best.

You know what Woot, nevermind. I just went to the source: Brewhaha. They got back to me in less than 8 hours. Your cs be slipping. For anyone else who wants to know, here’s what Pat, the owner, said.
“Thanks for the email Luke. Not sure why they have both dates on there.
We are actually roasting the coffee tomorrow in anticipation of the sale. So the actual born on date is 11/27/2023. Best used by 11/28/2024.
