My Brick of Carbonite came in the mail 2 days early! For 3 1/2 years I’ve been trying for a BOC and I must tell you… my 28.4 lb package did NOT disappoint!!! It was extra CRAPPY with all the crap I’ve been oggling.
The package came in a non-branded woot box. Quite flimsy to the point that I thought I had grabbed the wrong package. Low and behold - it was from Woot in TX.
I grabbed my knife and opened the box to find A REFURBISHED TWO LAYER SINGLE INFLATABLE BED!
Refurbed because:
(1) There are 3 attempted patches (SEEN ON THE PIC) w/ air leaking BADLY
(2) The softer/firmer remote control sticker was placed BACKWARDS!!! lol
(3) The plastic casing holding the electronic is broken clear off
The bed fully inflates but as my friend put it… makes you wake up at 4am feeling like the meat of a plastic a taco
I’d love to hear some creative other means of using a broken air mattress. I’m going to try to repair it as I’m sure the lovely Woot employees have for their afternoon siestas!!
But the fun didn’t stop there! SO much more goodies in the rest of this package!!! In detail:
(x1) Kids Size 10 Woot! Shirt
(x2) Sanyo 4-pack AAA Batteries
(x1) Orange Bucky Balls
(x1) Flu & Germ Protection Pack
-Face Masks, Hand Sanitizer, & Gloces

Here are the steps to restore speech to your Chuck Norris doll;
Find a seam ripper (if you are a man, your Mom/girlfriend/wofe probably has one in their sewing stuff). Spread the back of the doll apart with your fingers and work the seam ripper into one of the stitches about half way down his back. Rip out the stitches one by one until you get down to his pants.
You should be able to reach in and pop out a little sack contining the sound module. Find the seam where the sack is sewed up and rip out those stitches with the seam ripper.
Pop the sound module out of the sack. The sound module has a non-glued cover. Using a knife or a thin implement, work it along the seam between the top and bottom until it comes loose. Carefully poke a toothpick through the cover with the switch button to eject the PC board with the batteries on it. Be careful not to lose the little rubber switch when the PC board comes out. (see the small rubber thing below the PC board in the picture).
Bend the metal tab holding in the batteries out of the way (it will probably just break off). Puch the batteries out of the holders with a toothpick.
Put new batteries in (AG3 or LR41). 6. Put the PC board into the bottom of the sound module (the bottom has the speaker in it). Be careful of the speaker wires. They break easily (I had to resolder mine to the speaker and the PC board).
Place the rubber switch piece on the zig-zag pattern on the PC board.
Align the small hole in the cover with the rubber switch piece and replace it on the bottom of the module. Make sure the tip on the little rubber piece fits into the hole in the cover. Push the cover in until it is fully seated.
Test the module to make sure it works, replace it in the sack and close Chuck back up.

This is a pretty great bag; I started getting a little worried when people’s contents were a lot like the previous offering, but the only duplicate items were the turkey probe and the flu supplies, and I really NEEDED some AAA batteries soon. And a radio-controlled helicopter, although I did not know that I needed one until it arrived.
As always, kudos to Colonel Crap and his tireless minions at woot for another job well done.
I may have been to harsh in my previous comments about New Berlin SmartPost. My Box of Critters left New Berlin at 6PM(only locked up for 2 days). There is a chance I could get it Monday. I would expect Tuesday for sure. Scheduled for Wednesday.
For the cow lovers, I already have 1 I do not want. If I get another, I will have 2 I do not want.
