Got some of this last time. Liked some of the flavors but there was way too much sinew to actually be able to eat it. I couldn’t get through one piece with out having to pick out the sinew. Overall it was more like beef jerky flavored gun then actual beef jerky. I’ve had real biltong before so it doesn’t have to be like that. Just felt like they didn’t clean off all t he connective tissue or the cut of meat they used are so cheap they couldn’t get rid of the inedible parts before they “bitlonged” it
