I think this is the Browne wine we had at So. Cal #40??
If it was I enjoyed this bottle, IIRC it was light to medium bodied with plum cassis and spicy. Good acid and some grip. Just a tad short on the finish but was my second favorite wine of the four bottles. A buy imho
Sold out @ wine.com @ $31/btl.
Note also mill was first sucker.
And if tytiger is also giving it a nod, must consider.
Well I don’t think many agreed with my assessment. If it wasn’t 110 degrees right now I would be in.
The last of the Washington wines and the first taster at SoCal #40.
This one greets you with a big red fruit nose and little bit of chocolate. Mild/medium tannins but a rather surprisingly mild fruit palate. I found it a little stemmy and perhaps a little too much vanilla which was imparted by oak.
I liked a couple of others better than this but I would think the easy drinking nature of this wine would give it s broad appeal. I think losthighwayz had another bottle of this and will hopefully provide more comprehensive notes.

Did this really sell out? Or was there a problem?
