Finally, my order arrived. Although, its dry compared to when I’ve had bought it either directly from Buffalo Bill’s or even the local Jerky outlet store. I know that the date is getting close but it should still be more moist. Possibly, it sitting on the front porch during the peak hours of sunlight didn’t help.

Placed the one bag I couldn’t wait to open yesterday in the fridge shortly after review. Tried it tonight now as a late night snack and after being refrigerated it is better similar to what I remember. Originally, I must’ve got this confused with Double Habinero which is a more flavorful and moist jerky. This is still decent comparable to spicy-cajun-fire-peppered jerky. Final thought since it is some what dry and not really moist this jerky should last the jerky endeavor a bit longer than moist beef.
