Mine arrived today. They are NOT new. Both gloves had a used “hot hands” in the hand warmer pouch. I might expect this if these were “open box” but should NOT be the case for a NEW item. What the heck Woot? Where is the QC?
AND upon closer inspection, the inserts are pilled and have several white… dog hairs on them? This is ridiculous.
I’m very sorry. These were flipped from Amazon inventory so we don’t have eyes on them. Looks like a return was not checked.
