I agree. Used it once on toilet and it worked. In the process of using it again broke a ring luckily came with a replacement. Put that on used it 3 times no success. Got a plunger and that moved the clog-no setting dials, connecting pumps or any of that. I’m putting in the garbage. Instructions on Woot site also much better than what it came with.
