I’m confused. What exactly are these cookies meant to refill? Is there some special “Byrd’s Key Lime cookie dispenser” that I’m supposed to have, to be able to get full use from these??

Really??? $35 for two pounds of cookies??
And that’s not much cheaper than ordering directly from the seller (with shipping), and they are a lot of reviews saying they’re not all that great.
