To anyone considering a super automatic. Consider the warranty and your ability to fix this.
Look at common problems and parts avalibility.
I got a second hand Jura which I’ve had to open up once and fix myself. Luckily it was based off similar models and had interchangeable parts and even had a video guide to help. Without all that information I would’ve ended up having to scrap my machine.
For $200 this is relatively the cheapest you will find a bare bones super automatic for IF it can press out actual espresso.
A super automatic grinds, heats up water, stamps out grinds into a puck, and uses proper espresso pressure to shoot out a shot of espresso or an americano and then thrown the used puck into a bowl.
It’s a lot of stuff a cheaper model can make compromises on that ruin the final product. Not hot enough water? Not enough pressure? Not a proper grind or adjustable grind? Water and bean reservoir?
