I’ve had the moscato and IMO it is pretty good. There’s a bit of RS and the sweetness is definitely there, but this wine has a nice balance that I haven’t found in other moscatos. I enjoyed it and I think it is a great wine to drink chilled on a warm summer day.

EDIT: Also note that it’s a D’Asti so it does have some fizz/bubbly/sparkling characteristic to it.

Thanks! SoCal gathering went into overtime!

Wish I could have been there, hope you all had a great time!

Happy Father’s Day!!!

Whether Grilling, Chilling, or Vegging out … Happy Father’s Day!!!

Just FYI, the producer currently has a 30% off on their website.

Doing guestimation math, price is almost the same with shipping (although one of them is sold out on their site).

Worth taking a look at if you want to pick and choose.

Edit: You have to get 12 bottles for the discounted shipping of $10 for it to be close to the same deal per bottle. I don’t know how much s/h less than 12.

I can’t speak for lot 302, or 319, but I bought a couple of bottles of the 270 for $7 each during CH’s spring sale. It was a great value at $7, nice white fruit, not particularly grassy, soft nose. A generally pleasant white wine (I am primarily a red wine and red food kind of guy). Nice on a sunny spring/summer day. Just my 2c FWIW

I’d be careful with this offer. I got a couple of the last CH white lot offer, in May, and several bottles (thus far, we have a bunch left) have been severely skunked. I suspect warm weather shipping isn’t a friend to these wines.

Pics are coming…
