Mine was delivered on Tuesday night at 8 pm, box was in rough shape but I didn’t see anything amiss when I opened it to check on things. When I started unpacking everything on Wednesday after work to assemble I found two damaged pieces, the flange on the smoke stack was warped and the side shelf was bent to the point it is unusable. Was able to get the smoke stack on but there are gaps so it’ll leak smoke and let water in if it rains while the grill is uncovered but other than that everything works, since it looks like we’ll finally have an afternoon without rain I’m going to do the burn in after work today. Contacted Camp Chef via their web page about the damaged pieces and got a response less the 20 minutes later informing me that they were shipping out replacements, never dealt with this company before but must say I’m impressed with their customer service.
