I am unable to edit my email because I logged in using Amazon prime account.
The current email address in my account is no longer valid.
i tried opening customer service tickets but they might replying to the old email which is invalid
Can you help?

I’m having the same issue. It kicks me into woot and want to send my stuff to my old address. Had to cancel a order I got on WTF pricing. Very irrating.

Explain that you no longer have access to the email on your Woot! account and do not remember your password. You need help changing the email address.
GIVE THEM BOTH THE OLD AND NEW EMAIL ADDRESS. This is required for security purposes.
They will forward that to the CS manager who can help you.
