I get a screen 2 enter what i c ( numbers/alpha) …i do that…takes me 2 anazon home page…never get bak 2 the pay screen…help please…

To start, could you try some standard problem solving things:
- restart browser or app
- Clear cache
- Try a different device

Try logging out of both Amazon and woot. Empty your cart. Try again.

In case they’re out of sync. It starts them with a new instance.

If you’re using the app, try using the browser on your phone or vice versa.

Depending on their phone, if they click a Woot link in the browser, it would take them to the app, unless they disable the option to auto-open links.

Asked some team members. They suggested logging into the Amazon first so…
Try logging out of both Amazon and Woot. Then log back into Amazon before logging into Woot.
