I got an email last week saying that I had a $10 coupon about to expire but it didn’t have an expiration date, and there’s an item I want to buy but I had to wait till I got paid which was today, but now the coupon says not found. Any help? Thanks
Check back to when you got the coupon, as they usually give you the expiration. Sounds like you may have missed the date though…
Are you using the Woot account linked to that email address? They’re linked together so it won’t work on a different account.
You can also email customer service and they can check into it.

Everything @pepper114 said is correct. Please check the email you received with the coupon. They usually provide expiration dates, but if not, please reach out to Woot Customer Service and forward them the email you received with the coupon and they’ll be happy to look into this for you.
