Are the knives the same? Is the 8 inch a chefs knife?

Looks to be a santoku. The Cat Cora Chef’s Knife looks different.

I can’t find anything on the net about these knives. Are the good knives?

Does this mean the glass lids are good up to 500 degrees as well
