At least the tail has a clip style attachment as opposed to the Woot After Dark style, that some people use to wear them with.

Seam means nothing. Foxes are farmed. The skins are sewn into tails, collars, etc.
Boo on me. I first thought these were fox costume pieces for CATS! I want to (minimally) dress up my two cats and my huge dog for Halloween. Lightweight, furry-er ears and fluffier tails would be just right for my two kitties to be “foxes”! Daughter dresses hers every year. Oh, well.
In this case, it meant quite a bit. I unpicked it because I wanted to even out the stuffing. The inside was the same knit material as used for plush toys.
