Just received my Jumbo Litter Pan and it’s cracked on top. There was no padding in the big box just a piece of brown craft paper on top. Box is not crushed…What next ??

Has anybody else gotten theirs? Mine shows that it was suppose to ship on Saturday, but still no update to tracking number.
Might check your spam/junk folders. I see tracking on your order and it was delivered today.
