I missed this last time. I watched a cooking show on PBS where the Chef had a VERY expensive bottle and he poured it over a chunk of parmigiano reggiano as a dessert.

Never heard of putting BV on ice cream. I went home and tried it for lunch (with some other top-shelf stuff I have). If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend that you do so.
Anyways, in for two, but I’m only going to keep one. Unless my brother does something to piss me off between now and when I give it to him.
I’m kinda hoping he does.

I have now purchased from all three woot branches. In for one for my dad for Christmas. I think I’ll get some cheese and crackers to go with it and make it a nice little basket.

So, can anyone explain to me why this is such good stuff? When I think vinegar I think that white, distilled, awful smelling stuff that was used to dye Easter eggs. I found a little bit about it on Wikipedia, anyone care to elaborate?

Today i mark a historic day…today i placed my first woot order. Yes my wife will LOVE me again and again for the balsamic vinegar…but more imporant is what pushed me to order this item.
