This is really good stuff. If I didn’t already have some (one open bottle, two unopened), I’d be in for the limit of 3.

I concur with maninblack. Love this vinegar and good price.
Get it and Enjoy

What is the age of this vinegar?

Description says 7 years.

On Amazon this is $25 with another $10 to ship…

It looks like the $25 bottle on Amazon that you’re referencing is a different Cavedoni balsamic vinegar (IL CARATELLO, aged 2 years), rather than the BOTTE PICCOLA (aged 7 years according to Woot, 8 years according to Amazon) that’s being sold here. The Botte Piccola bottle is going for $50 + $10 shipping on Amazon right now.

BTW: This is stuff has been a family staple since the first bottle we purchased from Woot back in 2012. Just ordered 2 bottles today (1 for us, 1 as a gift for some newlywed friends).

This is aged 8 years, the $25 bottle is 2 years. Big difference.

Actually on Amazon this is $50 + shipping

This vinegar is the only reason I still come to woot.

Is this traditional balsamic from Modena? Is the only ingredient “cooked grape must” or has it been thinned with red wine vinegar?
