I still buy the $4 Balsamic from Trader Joes for dressings, etc, but I usually upgrade it with a little drizzle of this stuff.
My first time buying this was after people mentioned it as an ice cream topping. That just sounded too weird, but it IS good!
Also one of the few wine woots that does not cause storage issues…

It is vinegar so pretty much for ever I have some that is 50+ years old. Even with the younger stuff worst case some evaporates and makes the rest thicker and sweeter.
