Why are the reviews listed for different models? This is super misleading. Shame on you, Amazon.
This happens when Amazon puts multiple products on the same sale page - called “twisters”. The reviews are mixed.
I’ve bought a pair of celestron binoculars before. The optical quality was good, but the “rubber armor” turned to goo after about 3 years. Your mileage may vary.
To just see reviews for the specific item you’re looking at when they do this, you have to:
- Go to the bottom of the reviews on the product page
- Select “see all 9999 reviews”
On the new page, just under the “top helpful review” you will now find a “filter by” section. One of the dropdown options says “all formats” . If you select the dropdown you should see an option to only see reviews of the particular model you are looking at. Select it.
Not an easy process to figure out but it’s doable.
Whoa. Never knew that. THANK YOU!
