The easiest way to think about it is that we’re re-sending you what you got the first time. So if you received 3 of the 6 two-packs the first time, you should be getting the remaining 3 in the replacement order.
If you receive something less than that, be sure to send an email to service@woot.com to let us know, and we’ll make it right.
That’s what I figured would happen since that’s basically what happened when the glow sticks were being sent out wrong in April, well actually with that one they sent an extra set for the inconvenience. I was just confused with the email but I’ll wait and see if I get the right amount when it comes.
